New this week...

Read about my week with Mother in New York City in my 7-day trip diary.

View a hilarious clip from the Coen brothers' movie The Hudsucker Proxy.

Tour the Whitney Museum of American Art online.

Past blogs...

I’ve written about my daily Bible verse and how it influences my content. (I use an RSS feed of The English Standard Version.) The post was picked up by ESV’s blog, and has already attracted new readers here.

Read about an odd phone call I received Saturday (you asked for New York stories).

A piano performance of the Carmen Fantasie by Horowitz is this week’s Feature Presentation.

Jonahs situation is discussed in the weekly MP3 sermon, “Should I Not Love That Great City?

A visit to Washingtons National Gallery of Art years ago infected me with a lifelong love of that wonderful museum. This week, the site features a new virtual museum tour (right sidebar, bottom). I hope youll get addicted to this weekly art fix.

PROGRESS... on origami boxes! Materials for two Oriboxi collections, China Modern and Tribeca Grace, have been cut and are ready for folding. When they’re complete, product photos are next. My 2007 goal: Sell 100 hexagon boxes and 400 square boxes. Let’s make it happen together.

This site is now comment-friendly. And they’re rolling in (see below), including one from the Norwegian singer you met in last week’s video. So give me a shout out! Other new tools include the weather (Front Page), easy access to recent posts (sidebar), and a FavIcon (in the address bar).

The blog has new content often, so visit daily. Soon you’ll be able to receive posts the moment they’re published.

Lots of prayers and good wishes come your way as you progress on recovery.

By the way, I LOVED your New York Times bit from Dec. 17, '07 relating to last year's introduction of "Christmas goose" to a Sicilian NYC taxi cab driver. I hope he learns about his appearance in the New York Times!

We'll be looking for many more!
