January 12 – Out of a clear blue sky, my sister noticed a poster at Lucianne.com who quoted my anagrams and linked to my site, PlasticPie.com. This was a result of my sudden spur of posting at Ms. Goldberg’s site.

It was quite a surprise. After only blogging a month, someone traced my online identity through several sites to these anagrams. He turned out to be a retired military guy, and he graciously answered an email with his very interesting history.

Building readership on a blog is not easy, and, frankly, my satisfaction comes primarily from writing and creating art that I like. But I have to admit it is very gratifying when someone stumbles upon one’s work and shares it with a larger audience.
